Frequently Asked Questions

When should I receive my box?


All boxes will be mailed by the 20th of the month and you should receive it within 3 - 5 business days through USPS. Each person will receive a tracking number when the box is shipped so that you can trace it from our door step to yours!




What's your cancelation policy?


We hate to see you go, but we understand. You can cancel at any time, but make sure you cancel before the 14th of the month. If you need to cancel, you can log into your account to cancel...or skip a month




What's your refund policy?


Once a box has been shipped, we cannot refund for that box. If you are not satified with the items in the box, feel free to gift those items to someone who will enjoy them. If you want to cancel the box becuase you are not satified, please refer to the cancelation policy. Apparel NO REFUNDS. We accept exchanges for items in new condition within seven days of when you receive the item in the mail. We will exchange items: not worn, damaged, washed nor altered; and that are defective. Please note: exchanges are accepted but only for the same item in question.




I'm a black owned business, how do I get my product in the box?

Are there any additional benefits on top of all the great things that will be included in the box?


I'm glad you asked! As a token of our appreciation we will include a gift in your 3rd and annual box!




Can I skip a month?


Absolutely! You can skip up to two months. Just log into your account before the 14th of the month before your account is drafted.

All apparel is made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days to process. Once processed you will receive your tracking number to follow you package,
